WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Kokonuts Living will take all care during the packing and delivery process so you receive your item in the condition that you deserve.
If for some reason out of our control you receive your item and believe it has been damaged please contact us as soon as practicable and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Please include photos of any damage to the packaging.
If it is clear the item has been damaged during the shipping process Kokonuts Living will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to us.
Upon receiving the item Kokonuts Living will arrange for another item to be sent to you with Kokonuts Living paying all delivery charges.
WHAT IF I DECIDE THE ITEM IS NOT FOR ME
If upon receiving your newly purchased item you decide that perhaps it is not what you had in mind
Kokonuts Living will allow you a 7 day refund period for any full priced item, no refunds are available on sale items.
If you decide you want a refund on your full priced item it will be your responsibility and cost to return the item to Kokonuts Living, we will advise you when we have received the item.
A refund will only be possible once Kokonuts Living has received the item and it is returned in as new condition.
The refund will only cover the cost of the item and will not include the cost of the original postage from Kokonuts Living to you.
